DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MANUFACTURER. We bought four outside lanterns from them last year; one had a chipped glass panel. First my wife tried to contact them for a refund; it ended every time with the customer representative promising a “return number” that never materialized. I tried contacting him also several times, after half a dozen unreturned calls, I gave up. Now we are stuck with a $85.00 useless electrical piece of junk with the best hope of donating it to Goodwill.
Overall, we are satisfied with our buying experience. The delivery was quick and the chandelier was well packaged. The beautiful chandelier makes our house better.
I love my new Crystal chandelier. It is gorgeous and well made. Highly recommended!!!
