12/5/2013 - BEWARE OF SELLER AND THIS VEHICLE I purchased a vehicle on 10/15/2013 from Greg Townsend. I told him I need a van for me and my children. The van I drove in was giving me some problems. I explained to him I needed reliable transportation. Greg sold me a burgundy 2000 Pontiac Montana VIn # 1GMDX03E2YD109127 that started running hot after having it for a month an a half. Great Experience!!! – I found out about Greg and his wife through my wife. She purchased a Buick from World Wide Auto. The car gave her problems. Greg told her to bring the car in and choose another car. My wife chose a Ford Explorer...no problems. But the courtesy that she received inspired me to go there and purchase a 2002 Gran Prix. Although I lost my job and could no longer make payments, Greg was very polite and understanding of my situation. People just don't do business like this anymore. Best – Greg and his wife has done a great deal for me and my friends I have gotten great cars from them. Honesty and easy to work with as long as you are straight with them. They can help when no one else care if you need to get to work a doctor appoitment even if you are getting married they can help you get into a car.. Worst Customer Service – I bought a car from them to later find out that it had no hazard lights. Instead of working with me to trade the car in for another car they refused.
