It has been several months since I last took a spin class. The male instructor was arrogant and throughout the class, called me out in front of all, about how I adjusted the tension on my bike. It was my work out and I was trying to accommodate my resistance based on how I was feeling. Ugh. I will avoid this class when this particular individual is instructing.

Nice new lifting area and great food upstairs!
It's a great atmosphere good space to grind. I enjoy the areas to work every aspect for the total workout with quality time and precision. The staff is great knowledgeable and friendly.
We're switching from High Pointe to the "Y" . . . High prices for equipment that isn't always well maintained and non-responsive staff. Bad combination!
