I have been a member here for 19 years and this gym continues to careless about its members. The absolute rudest people in costumer service. After freezing my account through covid I received a call saying I must cancel by July if I don’t unfreeze. Dont waste your time here. i asked questions in Sept 2019. After getting a high volume of calls from them (literally everyday) I went to the High Point location and was told I was signing up for a trial membership. Mind you, I saw the ad on Facebook. Gave my information and was told a trainer would be in touch with me, which to this day has never happened. It's Saturday morning and I'm gearing up to meet my trainer, Justin Montoya, for a workout. I travel for work during the week and Justin is willing to work with me on the weekend...even on his birthday. Happy Birthday Justin!!! #thankfulformytrainer @highpointsw
