I bought a 2018 Crosstrek at World Subaru. The experience I had was outstanding. Grish became my sounding board as I worked through the decision making process of whether to lease or buy. Grish listened to my needs and took all my thoughts into consideration. I left there with the car of my dreams. It is amazing car to drive, comfortable, and great fit for my life. Unfortunately, I fell pray to the condescending men's world. My initial experience with Nay in the service dept. was awesome. She listened and took better care of me than I ever expected. After making the decision to purchase a car instead of the extensive repairs, I called and made an appointment. The person who I had an appointment had gone home before I arrived. This is an absolutely amazing dealership. This is the first time I ever bought a car and enjoy the experience from the beginning to the end. Once you walk in they treat you like family. In particular, I’ve never seen a salesman as good as George. He was polite professional and extremely helpful. If you’re looking to buy a car I recommend dealing with him. Just bought our daughter a 2015 Forester at World Subaru. George and Nicole were amazing! George listened to what we wanted and found cars that fit our daughter's needs exactly.
