World Subaru does not offer friendly and professional customer service once you question their prices or repairs needed. They are terribly overpriced- a week before Christmas went in for new tires and was overcharged (world $145 per tire- Pep Boys $80) Watch out for the used air filter they use on every customer- trying to meet their numbers. Get a second opinion!

Every visit to World Subaru is an exceptionally good experience. I picked up plates and had pinstripes applied to my car, and every person I encountered was friendly, courteous, and competent. I’ve never experienced this kind of service in a car dealership before!

This was probably the easiest car purchase I ever made. I went on Truecar to check what people were paying for the model I wanted. Once you input your information several dealers respond with prices. I was glad to see that World Subaru responded first since they were close by and had a good reputation. From the minute we walked into World Subaru, we knew we were in the right place. Undecided as to what we were looking for, it was our first stop. We were honest...letting our salesperson, Dennis McWeeney, know we were shopping around and we only wanted to test drive. We never really considered the CrossTrek, but it caught our eye! Lester Soto and Nicole Sciamerelli were amazing and selling me a car and walking me through all the different feature of the car and making sure i was connected and understood everything before i left. will defiantly be sending more people here to buy cars

Salesman Tim Stewart showed us numerous vehicles before we decided on a 2018 Forester. He was very thorough on explaining all the options and details on the vehicle and a was pleasure to work with. Finance Manager Kristen Inaugurato explained all the warranties and extra's that were available and the paperwork process was seamless and quick. Nicole Sciamarelli was awesome in showing us all the features of our new Forester and answered all of our questions.
