JR in sales was terrific. He gave me an awesome price on a Crosstrek lease. The color and features I wanted were not in stock, so he located a car at another dealer 100 miles away. He insisted I should get exactly what I wanted. This was my best car sales experience ever. I would highly recommend JR and World Subaru.

Our 2016 crosstrek was totaled in an accident on July 4 , the inside of the car stayed intact and so did I. It was quite scary to see the damage done to the car but realized that it was not just luck that was on my side, but a well made car designed to protect the passengers. This past Monday we purchased a 2018 Forrester . Our salesperson was Tim Stewart and delivery coordinator was Nicole Sciamarelli, both of whom are true assets to World Subaru. 5 stars for a great sales team!

Another great experience at World Subaru. This is my 3rd car leased here and couldn't be happier. Tim Stewart is the salesman to go to. He listens to what you want and don't want in a car and gets you the best deal. Once the car is yours, Nicole Sciamarelli explains all the details of everything in the car that when you leave the lot you feel as though you know everything there is about it! Would definitely tell all family and friends that are looking for a new car to come here!!

Terrible service. Was sold a truck with issues that was known about by the dealer prior to service. The issue was stated in the inspection paper work. The salesman did not let me know about the issue. I was not given the inspection sheet until a week after asking for it. While trying to get my car fixed within a week of purchase. I was aggressively screamed at for trying to solve this issue without being charged. Darrel the used car manager should be fired for yelling and being aggressive towards a customer.
