Literally the WORST experience I have EVER had at a dealership. My boyfriend came looking for a brand new BRZ and from the second we walked in we were completely disregarded. A sales rep who’s name I cannot remember because I am completely baffled by how horribly he treated us, proceeded to tell us that 1. They had no BRZ’s when they did , 2. There are no leases on BRZ’s ???? And 3. There’s a no test driving policy ???? I had no idea this was a Maserati dealership! Do not come here because they are EXTREMELY disrespectful!!!... read more
Just bought a Subaru Ascent from World Subaru. Girsh Berman was our salesman. He was very professional, courteous and not overbearing as some car salesman can be. He was very knowledgeable about the car and followed up with me afterwards several times. I felt at ease with the transaction. I had a very good experience with the service people- they were quick and efficient.
Nicole Sciamarelli and Glenn Miller could not have been more accommodating I came from Elizabeth to World Subaru to pick up my Forester. Glenn was responsive to all questions and went steps beyond what he was required to do. Not only did he help me but also helped my daughter with her Crosstrek. Nicole sat patiently and explained all the new features on the Forester. She made us feel comfortable with the new technology and made sure we were safe in the car. Thank you so much this was a good experience.
