I went there to get my plates I ask the guy, RICHARD RICCATELLI, if he can just use the license plate bracket that I bought since he’s gonna put my plates anyway and he told me i have to go to service for that bec he doesnt have the tool for my bracket... Just picked up a 2019 Forrester. Tim made the sales experience quick and easy. The typical back-and-forth game was never a part of process. After a great tutorial from Nicole about the car’s features, we left the dealership completely satisfied.
Tim Stewart was an awesome salesperson. It was the fastest and most fair deal we’ve made for a car. He understood our needs and budget. His manager was super fair and helpful ad well. Nicole Sciamerelli was great in explaining the car features. It was comforting to know she drove a Subaru as well and really understood the car.
Compared to any other dealership that I have dealt with in purchasing a car, my experience at World Subaru was by far the best! Josh Cavalieri was extremely informative and transparent when helping me find the best Subaru for me. I would definitely work with Josh and this dealership again. I also appreciated how Nicole Sciamarelli took her time in helping me understand how to use all of the amenities in my Subaru, her help made this experience even smoother.
