I came in with my family looking to test drive and possibly purchase a new Subaru Crosstrek. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. We did not feel any pressure to buy. I was able to test drive all the vehicles I requested. Once I decided to purchase the process was quick and easy. Our dealer, Dennis, was so wonderful to work with and really made the process hassle free. Nicole, our delivery coordinator was so helpful in explaining the features of my new car. I am so happy we decided to visit World Subaru!!
Highly recommended.... was in a pinch and needed a car. Brian C and Girsh made my experience super easy and I was out with a car in just a few hours! Best part... I drove it straight through to Florida the next day with no problems. Trusting a dealership is huge, you can’t go wrong with this place.
The salesmen do not honor a deal agreed upon online. In the store they change the deal when it comes to signing loan. A 48 month loan suddenly becomes an 84 month loan with lots of double talk. Do your homework and walk out when they scam you.
I had bought a 2019 Outback from a dealer in north Jersey. After a week they told me they couldn't find the car, so I could pay an extra $2000+ for an upgraded model or wait 60-90 days to order the car. Just got my second Crosstrek from World Subaru. My first was totaled on the way down to FL, and thanks to Subaru and their well built cars, neither my husband nor my dog were injured.
