bought an expensive ring and in less than 24 hours the stone fell out! they wouldn't even exchange it!! i did have the receipt!! Don't buy from them!!! Not customer friendly or helpful!

Sorry that happened. We inspect, clean and polish our jewelry before we put it out for sale. But sometimes things happen, even with brand new jewelry. We can’t warranty jewelry, and even jewelry stores charge for a warranty, and it’s not cheap. That being said, we can help you get your ring repaired. We work with a few wholesale jewelers, I imagine you just need a new stone and maybe a prong tip. I wasn’t the one you dealt with, so I didn’t get to see the ring myself.
