I cannot begin to describe the positive experience it has been working with Mr. Hollis and World of Love Home Care. All of my questions/concerns have been addressed and answered with such expedited response and clarity that it has made this new adventure in nursing an easy transition. The care these patients receive through this company under Mr. Hollis' direction is phenomenal. I have been so impressed with this company! What started out sounding like something we might not even qualify for, has ended in such a blessing for my family! Mr. Hollis has been so wonderful, he is kind and knowledgeable, and he genuinely cares about his families. This company provides complete and loving care to those with special needs. This is very personalized to each client and the company owner/administrator meets each new caregiver at the home to orient the client and family to the nurse. All questions are answered at that time and the Administrator is available 24/7/365. For staff hiring purposes, the screening is extremely strict for the client’s safety. I’ll add pertinent details when I know more.
