The best car leasing experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked into the dealership, Tim Stewart treated us with respect. He was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He never put any pressure on us. Nicole Sciamarelli was very helpful when showing me how to use all the features in the car. Great experience. My salesman was Glen "JR" Miller. Got the best price (after contacting six dealers) from Glen and World Subaru. Glen and finance mgr. Mike Warnock made the whole sales process a snap. Nicole Sciamarelli demoed the vehicle. This dealership was not close to where we live, but I would buy here again. World Subaru gave us the best price, and dealing with Mike, Nicole, and most of all, Glen, was a pleasant experience. No hassles, no gimmicks. Very professional, courteous and efficient all around.

Just received an oil change at 16,000 miles on my 2015 Legacy, using the Express service for the first time. Got there when it opened at 7 am and was out in 20 minutes. Amazing! Great service from Julie Lopes, who greeted me at this early hour, was very friendly and courteous, a real pro. Also, a shout out to my friend Gersh, the best new car salesman around! Bought my first car at World about 15 years ago from him.

I recently brought my car in for service and to replace 2 tires. Customer service was excellent, i was immediately given a loaner car and the tires were replaced within 24 hrs even though 1 had to be ordered. Turnaround time was great and Nina was prompt and very easy to work with. I'll continue to take my car here for any future maintenance.
Tim and Tara did a great job with my trade in/new lease setup! World Subaru is by far the best Subaru dealership.
