I've bought 2 cars from them and I "thought" i was treated well. Until I bought a 3rd one from a different dealer who was fantastic and we got way better incentives and service. So, I would shop around, even the same brand dealers.
I've had five Subarus over the last 30 or so years and this is my fourth from this dealership. My salesperson Girsh Berman could not be any more professional, pleasant thorough, and helpful. Great job by everyone at World Subaru. Walked in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted and randomly met Josh Cavalieri. He wasted no time showing me what I might like and never tried to over sell me. I was in and out in no time and just before I left Tara Mullins gave me a last minute tech lesson. Great experience from price to service.

I'd been out used-car-shopping all day, and World Subaru was my last stop. I'd already identified the car I was interested in, and test drove it. And decided to buy it. I went into World Subaru with a specific vehicle and price in mind. There was no bait and switch tactics, no all day negotiations, just fast and excellent service. From test driving to finalizing the paperwork took only a few hours. Michael Marquand was a pleasure to deal with and made the experience painless.
