My buddy took his 2 jeeps for oil changes and we say outside in a social distance tent, then were told we weret allowed to use the heater that was there beacuse It was usually for one of their employees, No wonder my mother is getting away from her truck from you sleazes

Phil Binford was so awesome through this whole process. I had a small idea of what I wanted, but wasn't sure how to make it happen. Phil helped me over the following 2 weeks to get exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. (even down to color choices!!) the entire sales team from start to finish (including Nicole showing me all the new features in my new car!) was helpful and I didn't feel pressured at any point. Both Phil Binford and Nicole Sciamarelli were extremely helpful, professional and patient when I leased my 2021 Subaru Forester. Phil did not pressure me and answered all my questions. Absolutely loving my 2021 Subaru Forester! Phil was so patient with me and helpful. I was upside down on a car loan and he worked with me to get me into the car I wanted at a price I could manage. Phil did a great job pointing out key features of the new Forester sport. He found the color I wanted quickly and had it delivered within a day. Tara did an excellent job showing me the features of the vehicle and infotainment system and answered all my questions before driving off the lot. Overall great experience!
Just purchased our 3rd subaru first time from world subaru. The whole experience was fantastic. No nonsense dealing from the phone calls to the in person visit. Nicole was fantastic explaining all the new features on my new outback, pairing my phone and pointing out important features!! Left learning so much more than I already knew and comfortable knowing I can go back or call for any thing else I need!
