I finally got myself a new car (versus used or CPO) in 25 years, and the sales and service team at World were wonderful to work with. Justin and Nicole were great, as was Josh, who helped with all the paper work!
They are a great all around dealership...from the sales staff to the service department...a great experience

Took my car in for a routine oil change and was basically given the cold shoulder from the service department because I wasn’t getting $1,200 worth of repairs like I got on my last visit. Don’t bother giving this dealership your business, you’ll be treated like garbage unless your repair bill is in the thousands. Also they will forget to rest your maintenance reminders and leave oil stains on your steering wheel just to spite you.

World Subaru is over an hour from my place, but it is was well worth the long trip there. Everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly from start to finish. David was patient and understanding in helping us choose the right model for our needs, and Nicole was thorough and on-point in her overview of the Forester (the car we selected).
