Friendly atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff. Place to destress yourself from the days worries.
Our (mine and husband's) membership was up for renewal and the owner refused to honor the summer "buy 1 get 1 half price" special which has always run in the summer. He acknowledged that this special will start in July this year. His attitude and inflexibility cost him my business. Additionally, he has not updated the equipment or facilities. This gym has so many pieces of equipment that any workout is possible. I am happy here.
This gym is terrific. From the friendly staff to the friendly patrons! It’s a great investment in my well being!

Great work out this morning. The gym opens at 5 am and 6 am on weekends. Plenty of machines to use also a good steam and sauna rooms. Plenty of showers to use. Highly recommended.
