Great gym! Good equipment, indoor walking track, large free weights area. The men’s locker room has a sauna. I haven’t used any of the fitness coaches but they all look impressive! It’s a mostly gay gym and has a great social vibe. Good music and everyone is so friendly. I love working out here.

Work out with Jill Langham, she’s my trainer and Kick’s Serious Butt ! Being a professional bodybuilder before personal trainer she really knows what she’s doing.
Just love the atmosphere! The people are warm n friendly!
Overpriced entry, old, worn, and often broken equipment, poor service and suboptimal attitude.
Such friendly people!!!! It’s like my happy hour at 9 in the morning. I do have the best trainer....Vince Marino. He is an expert in body alignment, function, preventing injuries by body positioning in all exercises.. Try working out with him.... you’ll never be sorry!!!
