This place smells terrible, customer service was is not of any value for this company, if you are not part of the gay elite might as well be invisible or dead, at the yoga sessions folks are outright rude, practicing the most unyoga behavior in the book, they need a remodel with the high prices and new management because this place desperately needs a shake up. I've worked out in many gyms (nation wide) and nothing really compares to this gym... Friendly/knowledgeable staff and some of the best trainers I've ever seen... Hands down one of my fav gyms... Well done guys... -J
