If you are looking to avoid horrible uninformed salesmen, extra costs being added on to your total price (which are mandatory) and being lied to and let down on a regular basis I would NOT recommend coming to this dealership. So went to buy a 2018 new Mazda 3 trade in my Mazda 2 and the sale manager brad gave me the most insulting low ball trade. So is that the level of confidence a dealership has in their product. It was RIDICULOUS!
Not only did World Car Mazda provide me with awesome customer service, they said and did exactly what they said they would! Copy of paper work arrived today, title will be here tomorrow!!! Best car buying experience by far!!!

They have the worst sales department. We like a car and they tell us we can get the price down to 26000 for you. When we get there, they tell us that it was a miscommunication and we can only sell it for 27000. We agree and then they tell us because you were not a Mazda customer, we cannot sell for anything less than 27500. Is this a joke? You accept a deal and they increase the price. Went in the first time to have my rotors looked at and had to pay $90 out of pocket to get them resurfaced. Went back again to have my radio screen looked at because it was cracked was told it was not under warranty and would get a call back. Waited a month and came to North Park Mazda and was told my who ever worked on my rotors did a very poor job and there was no reason for me to have to pay because it was under warranty. I can't wait until my daughters car lease is up. As I sit and wait for the car to be serviced and wait and wait for something minor that I didn't even need an appointment for I check to see why it's taking so long hmmm it's done it's been done just waiting for theses idiots to finish chatting about personal business and then says oh I'm working on your paper work as he's walking to grab it. I hate this place never buying here AGAIN
