If you have service hours from 7:30am-3:00pm, then service should be honored. I came at 2:20pm for an oil change and I was told they couldn't because it was too late. Please change the way you market your service hours to say will not service vehicles after 2:00pm
Purchased a vehicle in February of this year. Vehicle cut off, had to tow it to shop. Has been in shop for 2 weeks. All we keep hearing is waiting on tech support to call us back but you might be responsible for the repairs $600, we have not determined if the warranty will cover. Customer Service is horrible. No one calls to give updates, given wrong information, will never purchase another vehicle from them. Will never recommend this dealership..... Which is unfortunate since the sales staff is great.
