They did an alignment and made it worse. The manager made a recommendation of buying another car. Seriously! I should of gone to Kia North in the first place.
I went in there willing to pay cash for a new 2019 Sonata and the Floor Manager disrespected me. So there loss not mine. My money can be spent anywhere.
We purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento here at this location very friendly and helpful at that time but now that there’s an issue they brush us to the side. My vehicle’s engine caught on fire with all my family including my children in it this happened at the end of September and I am still waiting on an answer from dealership and manufacturer. My vehicle does have a recall for this exact same issue but neither World Car or Kia is helping in anyway. I am struggling with only one vehicle . Poor customer service! We were walking around looking at the inventory for a good 20mins. No one bothered to come and ask us what we are interested in.
After I had family members warn me about this place I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. They literally waisted my days off just to sit there and give me the run around & then tell me I wasn’t approved. They promise you this & that just to get you in the lot and no ones on the same page and everybody tells you different things. I definitely DO NOT recommend anyone to waist their time or money here.
My sincerest thanks to Mr. Roberts, Alexis A., and Daniel U. for their great customer service! I would also like to thank Amanda, too! A recent oil change resulted in an oil leak (faulty gasket) and created a big inconvenience for me. Everyone mentioned above worked as a team to make sure the problem was corrected. I have been using their service department since 2016 and I can honestly say customer service has improved. Thanks again!
Drove 2.5 hours to only get the run around from them...was literally there allll day. They told us they would call us the next day and nothing. My husband had to call them and still they kept putting him off on so many other people but the salesmen who was supposed to be helping us.
So my daughter has purchased a car from works car Kia, and the car doesn’t have 5,000 miles on it and it left her stranded on the side of the road. Now these guys are telling us that they can not do anything because there is water damage in the transmission. It had just started to rain in our part of town which is 39 miles south of San Antonio and we hadn’t had the rain that San Antonio had. Absolutely the worst place. The guy Michael was a nightmare. I will never go back and I will never recommend. He talked to me and others as if we were all ignorant and made very, very rude remarks. Horrible place and service!
