I've been waiting on results for my DOT physical and I've been told over the past two days they will call me and I have not received their phone call and I have an opportunity to potentially lose a job and there hasn't been no understanding I'm completely and disappointed there has been no response or confirmation I wish I would have used another location because this location is completely the sympathetic towards what I need to have done as of today I'm still waiting on the phone call and I still have not received
While there seeking treatment, I found it quite odd that the staff would have a notice in the rooms declaring that anyone who is hostile would be asked to leave or removed. I have never seen that in any doctor’s office, but it makes sense because some of the front desk staff are simply rude and the patients are probably tired. I would recommend avoiding this place unless you have no other option.
I went because of a foot injury and the staff was very friendly, courteous and polite. The doctors were caring, compassionate and empathetic so my overall experience was excellent
The nurses were very professional and made me feel comfortable it was a easy process
