The doctor's that looked at me and took care of me. was very professional and understanding the clerk's. At the front was very professional and understanding and have a lot of patience.
When first going to this site I experienced that although the hours of operation were from 8-5, I was rejected and being informed that the hours given contradict the Walk in hours from 8-3. The staff were not very welcoming, seemingly tired and stressed. I wasn’t given the chance to wait as they were already behind with the other patients also waiting outside of the door. Wait time was longer than expected. Lab technician was polite and pleasant. At the Front desk 1 young lady was short when I showed her my paperwork after telling her the comp name who sent me there. Many employee been sent to them before and she acted like it was a problem but the company name did not show up on the list. But it was passed on to the manager.
The staff are exellent. The waiting room could use some modernization. Over all, it was good, even though it was a long wait. I was a walk in, so it is what it is. The lady who did my drug test is extremely pleasant and the receptionists are pleasant as well.
