I had to give 1 star - Mailed a letter to WOW to cancel my membership in mid July 2020 due to COVID per the request by the girl who answered the phone. Said to mail in a letter and that I could not email a cancel request due to owners wanting things in writing. I see why know they want this in writing. They can claim they never received it.
