Scheduled an appointment with this office however when I arrived they didn't see my authorization or know that they had it which was sent to them prior to being here. Then they said they didn't have my records and they're unable to request medical records that's funny that that's what doctor's office is do I would not ever come to this establishment all they're going to do is jerk you around and they I have girls who look like they're teenagers running the counters and they have attitudes just like a teenager
I had a great experience here. Between the Dr's and nurses and the front desk assistants. Everybody is friendly an id go back any time. They are all funny an its a great environment
Worst medical office I’ve ever experienced in my entire life I was appalled by the way this office conducts itself. Came in 20 minutes early for a scheduled pre employment physical. Said they could not find the authorization form the employer had sent over. The state of reception would’ve made you think this place just got up and running less than a week ago. If I could give less than a 1 star I would, went in to do a POPPS to start my job (this is a physical and these don't take more than 20 minutes.) To start, I couldn't get ahold of this place across 3 days of trying to set up an appointment so my employer had to reach out on my behalf which still took them all day to be able to do just for us to learn that they were bought out and no longer need an appointment for a POPPS, cool I'll go tomorrow and get it done then since my work sent in the form for me.
