Slow to respond – Took forever to receive a bid for a catering job. By the time I received the bid I had chosen another company.
Word of Mouth Big Disappointment – Word of Mouth was a disappointment . Our coordinator was inexperienced, gave us promises that were not delivered, never followed up before or after the event and charged for items never delivered and food promised but unseen. We were charged for tables that were delivered but not used because our coordinator never planned seating needs. I had requested linen napkins and a variety of soft drinks and herbal teas.
