I was terrified of having a colonoscopy and didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never had one. From the moment I walked in, I felt calm. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They treated me like I was the only person there (which I wasn’t). I will go there again if I have to and will recommend it to anyone who needs a surgical procedure. 5 stars!
I had a really great experience at the Worcester Surgical Center today- everyone from the front desk staff to the pre-anesthesia staff (especially Amanda!) was wonderful, answered all of my questions, and had a great attitude. I will be making sure to return here should I need another procedure. I was nervous as it was my first surgery experience but everyone could not have been kinder. Cannot recommend this establishment or its employees, administrative or medical, more.
I had an incredibly positive experience at the Worcester surgery center. From start to finish, every member of the team was professional, pleasant, attentive and highly competent. The anesthesiologists were outstanding—thorough in explaining the process. The nurses were fantastic - attentive, and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring. My GI physician, Dr. O'Callahan, was exceptional! The level of care and professionalism demonstrated by everyone involved was outstanding on all levels.
I had my colonoscopy here earlier today - all of the staff were awesome and made it a pleasant experience!
