Please do not make a mistake as to getting this ! Thy take your security deposit and do not give it back ! It’s been more then 2 months since I have car back from L.A and they won’t return my money back to me ! And they do not even pick up and call back to let you know what are the updates ! Please do not stay here if you want to loose our money ! They are horrible ! don’t do it
Me and brother had stayed here over the week of July 4th. Everything checked out fine .Until I went to pay and realized there was a 70$ cleaning fee and almost 30%charges in taxes.On top of that there was a 200$ security deposit.Which is now almost 3 weeks behind on being redeposited into my business account. The travel agencies quoted one price until you get there then its tripled when you pay. Unwilling to work with you on the price especially when 3 to 4 different agencies said the same price, so make sure i take it read the fine print and its been 2 weeks and have not received our deposit back no has the owner try to reach us.
At first I was sketched out because it’s not the typical hotel where you check in somewhere. They come and meet you at the room you are staying in but they are very nice and respectful. We got the room from Priceline and figured that’s all we would be paying ended up taking out a $200 deposit that we didn’t see for 3 weeks but it did get refunded. For the location it was cheap and the place itself is very nice!
