For 2-1/2 hours in the chairs, it was a great experience. No pain whatsoever ( thank you Dr. Relle ), Rachel kept me comfortable and Kim did a fantastic job on my temporary crown ... it fits like a glove and feels wonderful. Kuddos to all of you.
The hygienists are all very friendly and I appreciate that I generally never have to wait for my appt. I am thankful that they are gentle and care about the patients.

The dental hygienist provided excellent feedback to improve my brushing. The team also provided great info about my tooth pain and the concerns I had. It is very friendly and professional staff.
I had broken a tooth over the week-end, called the office on Saturday and left a message asking for a return call on Monday morning. I got that call before 9:00 and they had me come in at 10:30. I fully expected to have to wait a little while but they had me in and out in just a little over an hour which I greatly appreciated. Now, the only negative is I can't get an appointment until February to get my tooth fixed .... that is because Dr. Kiefer and Dr. Relle are just that good so of course they are busy. My kids actually look FORWARD to going to the dentist when they go to Dr. Relle & Kiefer's office. They really want to be part of the No Cavity Club and enjoy seeing pictures of their friends and classmates. As an adult, I'm very impressed how they use technology in their practice. Dr. Relle and the hygienist were able to show my teeth on a big screen so I could see what they were talking about. The dentists at my old practice didn't have any of that technology.
