Everyone was very professional & caring. Thanks for your hard work to make the experience positive.
I was seated and treated promptly. Everyone was very pleasant. Dr. Kiefer called me the evening following the procedure to make sure I was doing well. We decided I needed some additional adjustments and Dr. Kiefer told me to come in the following day on my lunch break to get it taken care of (at no additional cost) as quickly as possible.

Waiting room was a little crowded. Have you considered some larger chairs? The ones with the arms on them are rather tight, and I am not an overly large person....

We are sorry that you had to wait and that our chairs are the size that they are. We try very hard to stay on schedule but it is very difficult to predict the amount of time that it takes to do the quality of work that we try to provide. We try to take the proper amount of time with each patient and see emergency patients promptly. Again, our apologies.
