The office staff were extremely friendly and proffesional. Great experience.
Sandra the hygienist was very cordial and I feel did a great job. The only thing I didn't like was having an appointment at 8:30 and having to wait until your staff attended a meeting. Next time I scheduled my appointment for 9:00 AM so your staff meeting is over.

Dr Kiefer and his staff are very concerned with their patient's comfort. They checked in consistently throughout the process that I was not having any pain or discomfort. They have a device to help hold your mouth open to prevent muscle strain during the procedure! Dr Kiefer even called the evening after the procedure to check on me. I am very happy I found Wooster Dental, I have lived many places and been to many practices,,, Wooster Dental is outstanding!
