Your new receptionist is efficient, but curt.My experience w/ Jan was wonderful, as always, (she's thorough, yet gentle). Dr. Kiefer makes each patient feel special. Lisa attended to my complaint regarding undesired "text" & multiple appt reminders with professionalism.
