Appreciated hygienist Michele (sp?), her attention to detail and her willingness to answer a number of questions. I particularly valued her explanation of a "How To" procedure that had long puzzled me.
Always pleasant. Staff is very positive.

Michelle did a great job of cleaning but went a step further to investigate the cause of staining which was excessive over my normal. She was aware of a mouthwash which contained stannous fluoride. She found that it was Crest and I had indeed used it. Have switched to a different product. Thanks.
