I want to preface this review by saying I rarely leave reviews, but I felt strongly about this one. I was at the Unanderra Woolworths deli on the evening of Sunday 19th July and was served by a young male. This person has zero customer service skills and did not speak to me once. There was no greeting, no “is there anything else I can get for you” absolutely no communication whatsoever. I don’t expect him to make chit chat but a simple “hello” goes along way.
