A worker (who I can name) on duty in the self checkout area was extremely rude and belittled me while my wife was scanning and packing bags. She told me off for moving an item from one bag to another. Do not berate customers 'D', ask politely if something isn't right, or you will get berated back. The management at Woolworths Unanderra need to sort her out.
