I have previously used the Woolworths app multiple times to arrange both pick up and home delivery. It worked absolutely fine and was very similar to most other apps I use for online shopping. Today I went in and everything appears to have changed to some kind of “list” system. I tried for 30 minutes and just could not master it. How much focus group work did they do on this version I wonder? I will not be shopping online with Woolworths going forward.
