Huge range of products and staff are very helpful and friendly
Bad luck or every time I come there is little or nothing.
In the self-serve section, I’ve noticed that when help is needed, the staff in that area often seem quite unapproachable and lacking in enthusiasm. Unfortunately, today’s staff member continued that trend—giving the impression that there's no need to make much effort, perhaps because job security feels guaranteed. Just thought I’d share this feedback in the hope it might help improve the experience there. 1130 am Monday,14 July 2025
I have previously used the Woolworths app multiple times to arrange both pick up and home delivery. It worked absolutely fine and was very similar to most other apps I use for online shopping. Today I went in and everything appears to have changed to some kind of “list” system. I tried for 30 minutes and just could not master it. How much focus group work did they do on this version I wonder? I will not be shopping online with Woolworths going forward.
