I got LASIK on my eyes about three weeks ago and it was a great experience. Woolfson was recommended by two different eye doctors in separate locations that I went to so I felt comfortable booking my surgery with them. The video they have you watch before you go in was extremely helpful. I was really nervous before I watched it, but the video was done so well with the explanation of everything and what to expect, it put my mind at ease. I never got to see the doctor as the office staff was so inept I sat in the waiting room an hour after signing in and they didn't even acknowledge me until I spoke up. I walked out and am going elsewhere.
