Dr Jackson was very caring and attentive but the most of the staff are rude! I knew I needed someone to drive me the one hour to my next appointment as I needed to be dialated. I booked 5-1/2 weeks out so I could make arrangements for time off work for my driver. I confirmed my appointment every day for 3 days, they called and cancelled 2 hours before my appointment. I was referred to Woolfson for a procedure on my lower eye lid today. I normally don’t do online reviews but I had the BEST experience I’ve ever had with a medical profession period today with doctor Kevin Jackson and his nurse. I’ve never felt more relaxed and cared for than I did today with those two. They were very professional and informative. I’ll definitely be recommending woolfson to others. Thanks again!
Need cataract surgery and lens replacement. I went to Regional Eye in Kingsport first and felt like I was being herded through a cattle auction. I went to Woolfson for second opinion, what a difference! The doctor took time to ask what I expected from the surgery and what I do in life that I need sight for. By far the best money I’ve ever spent. I have spent my whole life being unable to see. 20/100 farsighted. Daily life was a struggle. Glasses break and not seeing till the doc could get me in.
