RARELY open when they should be. Avoid this place unless you like wasting your time. 🤬 **Second time I have come duing hours their web6says they are open. I like to patronize local stores/shops, however the nonsense shown by this business has forced me to go to Petsmart. 🤷♀️ Website says they are open today, Wed 06/18/2025, yet they were closed. I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened, but it's actually the third. I only come here because it is walking distance from my house.
Amazing staff! I brought my 60 lbs Germany Shepherd in for a nail trim. My dog is borderline aggressive and doesn’t play well with other animals, they worked with me to schedule an appointment that can accommodate the requirements. When I got to the shop, I was not successful in putting a muzzle on my dog. They help me and tried different methods and finally got it on.
