Always a great selection to choose from, and nice service too
Excellent bird services, helpful workers, very informational
Service not so much. They have the supplies I need for my pets so I get in and out with little issues other than if they are short staffed. Prices are compatible but I find they rarely have my cats food in large bulk size. Website is HORRIBLE!
Nice selection of goods and well stocked. Upon buying cat treats cashier let me know they were $7 off and then rang them up full price. Thankfully I caught the mistake. It is a great store
The only person available to help us was the cashier. She was very nice and tried to get us help. The teens that finally appeared from the back had no interest in helping us. I would like to shop there more often as I'm always in Derry but this is not the first time I've had this experience. I hope that this can be improved upon.
I love and my pups really love it!! Get place for good serice and great items!
