Me and my grandmother went here together after getting stuck with a litter of six week old kittens who all had diarrhea there was a amazing girl worker there who took so much time helping us find food that would be good for them we must have asked her a million questions but after doing what she suggested all our kittens got better from giving them the food she had recommended wish I had gotten a name thank you so much woof meow employee!
Sure, the facility is really nice and the selection is one of the largest in the area, but money hungry. Is charging more than double what other pet stores and breeders charge. I know exactly which breeders they're getting some of their animals from. Also, they don't do refunds for small animals. Bought a small animal from them for $16. Brought it home and noticed he had he had a respiratory infection (sneezing and wheezing). Called them 18 hrs later and wouldn't do a refund. Not even a store credit. They're very sneaky.
