they don't live up to their WOOF MEOW PROMISE. they have this huge sign in their Derry store, and this little tiny piece of 8x11 neon paper with ha d written return policy. You have a perks program, ueat it cant track purchases? you guarantee quality products, yet my vet has never heard of one I've spent almost $65 on a spray, that's "glorified water." I go to return the bottle thata more than half full and a shampoo that is supposedly helpful for bacterial/fungus, used twice and my vet said it wouldn't help my dog at all. A... read more

i went here for the first time yesterday and it blew away my expectations! first they had rats, i did not know that and i have been looking everywhere for them. 2nd their rats are so well socialized i was shocked. they looked so healthy and very sweet. i bought a new rat and i plan on buying another in the near future. u guys are great and definatly my new go to pet store!
The lady closing I believe her name was Barb. Very rude to her co workers. Using power trips on teenagers isn’t how you manage them.
5 stars You just should go and experience the store for yourself! Cuz whatever I have to say about won’t compare to what it’s really like in person!! It’s like walking into ToysRus as a child- remember that feeling? Well for the animal lover it’s that feeling all over again.. And the staff are a huge asset!

Bad customer service at the Dover location. I will not go again.
Got the impression staff on the fish department didn't want to help customers when it was close to the time store was closing. Still had 10 minutes, but they didn't want to help people.
