Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff especially the crew in the bird room. Pikachu is doing great at home. He’s eating and drinking, calm and happy. We couldn’t be more thankful. 💜
Amazing service! I placed an online order and it was delivered that same afternoon! The best part was that the driver didn't ring the bell! (drives the dogs NUTS!) I received an email to let me know that the food had arrived. Thank you Woof Meow, I highly recommend!

Woof Meow in Derry should be very proud of all their staff working tonight. Such a welcoming helpful crew! You made my first trip in with Dixie a very enjoyable one. The back story is, I just rescued her this past Saturday from Alabama. Tonight I brought her in for a much needed bath. I also wanted to buy a harness.
