Sandwiches come in your choice of brisket, pulled pork, turkey sausage, ham and burnt ends. Other items include specialty sandwiches, ribs and their famous three-bean chili, which is a luxurious stew topped with burnt ends. Woodyards is in Kansas, just over the border and if you can't make it out here, they also provide catering services.

RecommendedDelicious food, I had the Carolina bbq with slaw and onion rings!
Had the pulled pork sandwich (Carolina). Very good, meat was moist and the coleslaw was not too juicy.
The food was great and the waitstaff were very friendly and helpful. Best of all my dog was able to eat with us out on the deck!!!

Thankfully, this place is only 5 minutes from my house, so it's my "go to" BBQ spot in KC. Everything's wonderful here, and when it's cold outside there's no better lunch than a bowl of the Burnt Ends Chili!
We’ve been going to Woodward for a long time- we recommend them to everyone! We had our “rehearsal” dinner there the night before our wedding and everyone loved it! We also love George the cat- he has great customer service!

Ordered 5 racks of babyback ribs to take to an event, they were a big hit. The staff was great and the ribs were ready when they said. The ribs were AWESOME. I will now be a regular!
