Sandwiches come in your choice of brisket, pulled pork, turkey sausage, ham and burnt ends. Other items include specialty sandwiches, ribs and their famous three-bean chili, which is a luxurious stew topped with burnt ends. Woodyards is in Kansas, just over the border and if you can't make it out here, they also provide catering services.

Passed through KC on the way back from Texas to Minnesota. Picked up ribs, beans & chili. Ribs and beans were excellent but the burnt end chili would be worth a drive back. The best flavor chili ever!

Best BBQ Ever! Thanks to DDD for leading us to it! Apparently the half chicken is the best. 3 locals tried to order it while we were there and they were sold out. But everything we ordered was terrific!

Had the ribs and burnt ends chilli, thought both were just OK, probably wouldn't go back as it was nothing special.
Really great experience. The food was fantastic, prices reasonable, outdoor seating with trains going by, clean bathrooms. Definitely going back.
