Save yourself the headache, just go somewhere else! Absolutely the most inept, unprofessional and inexperienced sales staff I have ever encountered. The Dealer Manager would rather stand outside and smoke than provide service to customers. They don’t honor prices advertised online or through partners. Their loss! We are the proud owners of a New Dodge Journey that we bought in South Carolina! I will never purchase so much as a cup holder from a Folsom dealer. Believe that!

45 minutes for an oil change even though I had an appointment. Even though I was the only car there for an oil change. They just don't good work. I've had work done and then redone on my truck.
Worst service I’ve ever received at a dealership. Took 2 months to get my truck back. I had to point out that they had not actually fixed it 3 times. Would not recommend this service sender.
