Love living here! Been here almost 2 years and never had a issue.
I lived in the Woodwinds for 1 1/2yrs. I was safe and comfortable and my apartment manager Claudia was amazing! The staff was excellent, if any probelms arose the staff took care of it promptly. My studio apartment was cozy and inviting, I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a centralized location and reasonable rent. the new manager CLAUDIA MENDOZA is very rude and manner less. she is always in confrontation with people. this month she deliberately closed office on Friday 3 rd July and took vacation on 3,4 and 5 th July. than on 6 th she charged at least 25 apartments for late fee 60 \$. she has clearly done cheating. up on inquiry she never gives the number of main corporate office. as she knows that if apartment lease holders will complain about her cheating , than she might loose job. i am leaving in wood wind since 2 years. everythin... read more
I really liked the space . Also I loved that the apartments were located near stores. They are very nice and very accomedating. I would go stay there again.
