After a painter knocked a building security light off center that now shines in my apartment, I was told that the painters have to repair it because no one working for the apartment complex can get on a ladder. Then I was told I was responsible for connecting with the painters to get them to readjust it. Just to catch them when they are there. Since September 6th of last year I have fighting Management to repair/replace my broken washing machine with no luck. I have submitted numerous work tickets, spoke with one of the leasing agents, and made a voice recording of one of the maintenance personnel acknowledging that we had a conversation regarding the situation.
