I’ve lived in these apartments for almost three years now, and I LOVE THEM! Great price for a wonderful area and I’ve never once had issues that’s weren’t resolved quickly! :)
Management doesn’t seem to care peoples cars keep getting broken into there used to be cameras but they are all gone now we’ve asked management to take care of this matter they’ve made no progress I don’t recommend moving here it’s over capacity and parking is a nightmare lastly people will chill in the parking lot and do drug and leave stuff behind this place has some serious safety issues
Car was broken in multiple times before security cameras were implemented, management only cares about the bottom line and raises rent 175$ in two leases while saying all inclusive. Overcharged late fee upon move out of 75 bucks which was ignored by the management Stephanie. Water is cut off multiple times throughout the day because it's only one main line coming into the apartment complex which is inconvenient.
Enjoyed living here for about 2 years now. Management and maintenance are quick to respond. Pretty courtyard space. Good studio apartment. Laundry onsite is a plus. Affordable, all bills paid.
Beautiful, charismatic charm! Great view of Woodward Park! Newly redone interiors make you feel like your walking into a new home! Courtyard is manicured nicely and pool is even clear in winter months. The management worked quick and efficiently to get us moved in as soon as we were ready!
