I like living here, very peaceful, beautiful area for walking. Club house coffee every morning to visit with friends. Almost everyone is friendly and helpful. Stay out everybody's business and they will out of yours. Good place to live.
A fairly nice place to live.. Immediate access to the San Joaquin River& the trails of Woodward Park.. All age park and most are very respectful and considerate to all.... Safe environment.... Dog friendly..
