This place is full of spun out pill junkies one thing is for certain spending time there with anyone is time you'll never get back ! A ghetto by the river !
I have been having Hugh problem with a neighbors dogs.. Incident after incident 4 different pit bulls, in my yard , roaming at large , coming on propert wher I have very young children , pooping, years of piled up dog poop against fence , actually knocked fence over, Jump fence... Went to Neighbor many times asked to comply with pet ownership /county pet laws...complained to management health and safety hazard.. Now neighbor is mad snd yelling at me ... Cars and dogs everywhere!! N
I hate that people who don't even live here can write a review on this page. At first this place was one of the most wonderful places to live but now with half of the people that live here not being residents and so many people doing drugs, this place is a hell hole. The manager is AWESOME and definitely knows what she is doing, but the people that aren't residents here really need to GO and stop tagging and posting in Woodward bluffs.
I love it here very nice people clean and beautiful!!
What a mismanaged dump! no maintenance just some peeping tom i'am sure is related to the lazy managment.that seems to have a small drug ring inside the park.tweekers roaming all over all the time.Managers place biggest dump in park.cars on street only if a friend or relative of managment.motorhomes traliers parked out side of drive.lawdog needed
